WELCOME! To the second phase of the summer shred! The first phase was to help build the stabilizing muscle and get you in the habit of going to the gym with a schedule. This next phase will help you build your strength and muscle endurance. In this phase, you will have a week worth of workouts that you will repeat for 4-6 weeks. During these 4-6 weeks, record your weight you are lifting and repetitions so you can be sure to progress.
