My Fav Post-Workout Smoothie
It's so so soooo important to make sure you are getting your protein and nutrients in within 20 min of your workout! During your workout you are breaking down and tearing your muscle. They need protein to help build them back stronger. This smoothie is a quick and easy recipe that I do after most of my workouts!

Banana Reese's Post-Workout Smoothie
1 1/2 cup water
1 serving vegan chocolate superfoods protein powder
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 dash of cinnamon
1 spoonful natural peanut butter
Blend and enjoy!
